“ We haven’t been to O’Charley’s in a while due to previous bad experiences a couple years ago. Tonight put our faith back into one of our favorite restaurants. The rolls were great, the steak was amazing and cooked to perfection. My fiance got shrimp and grits and he loved it. My kids enjoyed their meals also. This was an overall great experience. Johnathan the manager was great! And Whitney was the best server we had in a very long time. ”
“ We went to O'Charley’s on Valentine’s Day without a reservation, and as expected, the place was packed with a long waitlist. Fortunately, we were given the option to sit at the bar with no wait, so we took it. Service started off a little rocky, but the manager quickly stepped in and turned things around in a positive way. From there, everything was smooth sailing. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was fantastic! The rolls were hands down the best I’ve ever had, and for a chain restaurant, the prime rib was surprisingly tender and full of flavor. The meal prices were reasonable, and the happy hour drinks were a great deal. Overall, it was a great experience. Hats off to the entire staff—we’ll definitely be visiting again! ”
